Kitchen very well appointed. Bathrooms were updated and had some provided toiletries. Laundry area and supplies available. Comfy beds, furniture cleaned and relaxing. Pet friendly. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Host is very communicative and close by if you need anything.We visited for a wedding. The property is located within 30 minutes of everything so it’s a good base of operations if you’re running around the area. We will be back, love the area and thanks for having us.

Wonderful! I highly recommend this property. So clean, cozy and comfortable. Liz was a fantastic host and thought of everything. Left yummy snacks and a thoughtful basket in the bathroom with extra supplies if you forgot anything. One thing that was a welcome surprise was there is a bedroom located on the first floor. A great help for someone who has any mobility issues or bad knees. You don’t have to go upstairs!! Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Loved it.

Impeccably maintained home

Linden Cottage is such a beautiful home. It is in a great location for visitors to enjoy New Hampshire or Massachusetts. The home is very well maintained, superbly organized, beautifully furnished, and brimming with amenities that make it such a pleasant and welcoming place to stay. We experienced a very significant snowstorm during our visit, and the property managers were right on top of it, plowing, shoveling.... even clearing a path for our dog to go out! We had a truly relaxing time and would love to stay again sometime.

Best Stay Ever

This was the best stay we have ever had. The cottage was very clean, well stocked with basics and snacks, the hosts even cleaned off our car after a snow storm! They communicated well and promptly. We asked to stay a couple extra days and Liz went beyond to make that happen. The house is spacious and has a warm, homey feeling as soon as you walk in the door. Family Reunion and Wedding Week

Our stay was everything that we could have hoped for. My brothers and their wives were in town for my son's wedding, and this property provided all that they needed and more! The hostess was extremely gracious and accommodating, checking in frequently (but not obtrusively!) to make sure we had everything we needed. The recently-renovated cottage had all the expected modern amenities, as well as thoughtful details like kitchen supplies and toiletries. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay here to anyone, and definitely hope to book the property again as the need arises. We were also told that the owners plan to expand their offerings in the future by building a multiroom inn which, based on our stay, we are sure will be a great success!

Beautiful New England home

The Linden Cottage is in a lovely neighborhood where we enjoyed walks through the neighborhood still awash in fall color. Everything we needed was provided in the Cottage, including some nice fruit and goodies kindly provided by our gracious host, Liz. We enjoyed meals in the cottage made easier by the well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable and had lovely decor. I highly recommend the Linden Cottage to anyone visiting the area.

Family wedding

Linden Cottage was just up the road from the wedding we attended. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax between events. The cottage was beautiful and it was extremely close to amenities without feeling like we were in the middle of the city. Food, shopping and service stations were all close by. We loved it and hope it’s available should another family event come up in the future. Great renovation!

Family birthday trip

Property is well maimtained with a gracious host. Liz met us quickly on arrival and made sure we were all set. Plenty of space for us and many kiddos on their birthday trip woth their friends. Outdoor space was wonderful though we spent most of our time at Canobie Lake and Great Wolf as part of theor activities. Would stayagain if we travel near here. Lots of items in case we forgot crucial things.

Amazing home!

The house and Liz were amazing! The description of the property doesn't do it justice. It was by far the cleanest property we ever stay at. The beds and furniture were beyond comfortable! All the extra touches (water, snacks, toiletries, etc) show Liz really cares about her guests. Perfect location for attending a Red Sox game.
