Very kind add attentive staff. Lovely rooms with views into the back garden. Each room has their own chairs outside where you could chill after your sightseeing. The hotel is located in an absolute central area, the Cathedral, Alcazar and great area for tapas is literally just around the corner.

The location is perfect, very city center, the staff is really nice and helpful. But our room was super small, there was barely space to go around the bed to reach the window. The main problem for me was the lamp (probably emergency exit light) above the entrance door. Together with the light coming from under the door from the corridor they made the room so bright during the night that I woke up and had to somehow cover them, it was difficult to sleep.
