Welcome to your private lock-off suite at IPANA, perfectly located just 100m from Playa del Carmen’s famous 5th Avenue and approximately a 5-minute walk from the beach.



This compact and comfortable space is ideal for couples, solo travelers and remote workers looking for a great location combined with access to IPANA’s extensive rooftop amenities.



The suite is part of a 2-bedroom lock-off apartment. After entering the main lock-off entrance, each section has its own separate private door. No interior living spaces are shared with guests staying in the other section.

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire lock-off suite.



Access is through an electronic lock, so there is no need to carry physical keys.



Although the suite forms part of a larger lock-off apartment, the two sections have separate private entrances after the main access door, and no interior living areas are shared.



Guests also have access to IPANA’s permitted common amenities, including:

- Rooftop lounge areas

- Game/lounge room

- Coworking space in Building A

The Neighborhood:

IPANA is located in one of Playa del Carmen’s most convenient areas, just 100m from famous 5th Avenue and approximately a 5-minute walk from the beach.

Restaurants, cafés, shops, convenience stores and nightlife are all within easy walking distance.

Nearby dining options include Salento, The Pitted Date, Ojo de Agua, La Cueva del Chango, Pizza Piola and La Vagabunda.

A 7-Eleven is also located approximately 50 meters away.

This location works especially well for guests who want to explore Playa del Carmen mostly on foot while staying close to both the beach and 5th Avenue.

The location makes it easy to enjoy Playa del Carmen without needing a car:

Other Things to Note:

- This is a private lock-off suite within a larger 2-bedroom apartment. The other section may be occupied separately, but no interior living areas are shared.

- The suite does not include a kitchen.

- The suite does not have a balcony.

- Maximum occupancy is 2 guests.

- Guest wristbands are mandatory within the building.

- A complimentary starter kit is provided upon arrival with toilet paper, trash bag, soap and shampoo. These items are not replenished during the stay.

- Daily cleaning is not included in the rental price.

- Additional cleaning and linen/towel changes are available for an extra fee. Please request them at least 24 hours in advance.

- Please take care of linens and towels and avoid using them for floor cleaning or makeup removal to prevent additional charges.

- Travel crib available for USD 15 per stay, subject to availability. Advance request and confirmation are required.

- For stays of 28 nights or longer, electricity consumption is charged separately at MXN 3 per kWh.

- For stays longer than 7 nights, a mandatory weekly linen and towel change applies at an additional cost.

- Complimentary coworking is available in Building A, including high-speed internet and meeting rooms subject to availability.
