« Diego and Rianne were terrific - so responsive and helpful! Check-in was super easy, exactly as described. We used the Google Maps directions that Rianne provided and they were perfect. The assigned parking spot was right outside and it was easy to get our bags to the first-floor room. « Right fromnthe beginning we had problems. The TV didn't work, the bed is not a queen (we are both tall and it was uncomfortable tonsleep) the description saysnits on 5th, when actually its more than a block and a half away. Thebroom has a microwave and coffee pot but they dont have any power or a way to plug them in. Room has a small refrigerator, but it was bot plugged in and i had to locate an outlet and drag cord to it. Vwry hard to get into unit, directions are terrible. We had to get desk...

« Condo was spacious and had a view of the ocean from the living room. Staff was very accommodating. The pool across the street was very nice.The elevator was not working most of the time we were there and the beach in front of the building was small and not scenic. The onsite restaurant was disappointing, but restaurants a few blocks away were excellent.. »
