« Qualité prix très élevé. Service dévoué : conseils de visites. Le patron m'a emmené visiter Coquimbo. On ne peux espérer mieux. Très sympathique. Petit déjeuner bon. Chambres organisées autour d'un petit patio. Calme. Grande chambre avec un grand lit confortable. La douche est commune mais très grande et propre. Bien situé entre la station des bus et le centre ville (10-15mn) »

« Clean rooms good breakfast and very good dinner. Language barrier (We dont speak Spanish) was fixed with translation program on the cellphone of the lovely waitress. »

« Climate here was cold and damp and so was my room. There’s a funky stove in the room but with no thermostat you can’t run it all night. Very little hot water, and you couldn’t rely on it working when you needed it. Breakfast was just ok. Coffee like dishwater. The place has potential- charming decor and public spaces. Staff very friendly and helpful. I got by but not comfortably. »

« The hostel is located near the market, which makes the area feel unsafe at night. The staff and volunteers were inattentive. The rooms are very dark and overcrowded with too many beds, leaving little space to move around or store luggage. There is only a small window, which doesn’t provide enough natural light or ventilation. Although there are a few seating areas, they feel cramped and are furnished with unattractive furniture. I do not recommend this hostel. »

Services annexes nuls : Pt-dej minimal : pas d'expresso le matin sous prétexte que quelqu'un avait la clé ! Malgré le confort d'une chambre rénovée et bien équipée : cet endroit doit être évité et supprimé des références d'Expédia !! »
