The Space:

The Clydesdale and Dosanko Cottage unites two of our signature mountain villas into one sophisticated pairing. Each cottage features two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with bunk beds, plus a sofa bed in the living room, a full kitchen, and one private bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to five guests per cottage. Together, the retreat welcomes up to ten guests, making it ideal for families, milestone celebrations, or small groups seeking both privacy and connection.



Located within Equestrian House, Clydesdale radiates warmth while Dosanko embodies timeless elegance. Positioned just steps apart within the estate, the cottages create the perfect setup for families or groups who want to stay close while enjoying distinct spaces.



Whether gathering for shared meals, celebrating milestones, or retreating into quiet moments, the Clydesdale and Dosanko Cottage offers elevated comfort and radiant mountain living in the heart of the Pocono Mountains.



Pet Policy:

We love pets at The Equestrian House! A pet fee of $149 per pet, per stay (excluding local taxes) applies.

During the spring, summer, and fall months, guests can enjoy complimentary access to one of our tennis courts, six basketball courts (bring your own sports equipment), and an outdoor swimming pool shared with other guests unless the entire estate is reserved.

The Equestrian House offers multiple units located just minutes apart within the property. Each unit can be booked separately depending on your needs, or you may reserve the entire estate, which can accommodate up to 36 guests.
