„It was very convenient for us and easy to get in and out. I was a bit dismayed at the handicapped shower/bathtub. The handle took both hands at full strength with a washcloth to not hurt your hands. There was also nothing! to hang on to when you tried to step out. That was quite dangerous and needs to be addressed asap. I’m not disabled and it scared me and I worried about my husband who has Parkinson’s. The people were all very nice and helpful all around!“

„The hotel was super nice. The biggest complaint I have is the fact that an indoor pool is advertised but not able to use when we stayed. Had two very unhappy “tweens”. Planned our trip and timing based on swim time. Will definitely call from now on. Second hotel stay in less than a year that we have been disappointed by not having a pool for entertainment for the grandkids“
