OK. Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Man merkt das bei Ausstattung und Instandhaltung, z.B.: enges Badezimmer, immer wieder wird der Boden nass. Personal freundlich. A La Care Restaurant gut.

zu teuer für das Gebotene
Das Badezimmer ist uralt und sieht entsprechend aus. Das Schlafzimmer, die Betten und der Balkon waren in Ordnung. WLAN funktionierte im Zimmer (am Ende des Ganges) gar nicht. Sobald man im Flur war, funktionierte es wieder. Leider gab es seitens des Hotels keine proaktiven Infos zum Nationalpark. Dass man direkt vom Hotel zum Eingang kommt, haben wir erst auf dem Rückweg bemerkt. Hinzu haben wir leider den langen Weg an der Straße gewählt. Man kann seine Tickets für den Nationalpark auch kostenlos verlängern lassen, solange man in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Auch diese Info haben wir nicht vom Hotel bekommen sondern erst auf den Tickets für den Nationalpark gelesen. Für ca. 160 Euro je Nacht im DZ unserer Meinung nach viel zu teuer.

この辺りはあまりホテルの選択肢がないので仕方ないとは思いますが、値段の割には普通の古いホテルという感じです。食事は夕食、朝食ともブュッフェで内容も特筆すべきものはないです。 でも、バス停や公園入り口からも近いので場所は便利です。

This hotel, in 2023, is in the same or worse condition than when we visited 10 years earlier. Worn out carpets, elevators, bathrooms... not an improvement in sight. The elevators are shot as are the carpets and bathroom plumbing. Staff are great but physical plant needs and, considering the price, requires a conplete overhaul.

The main attraction is of course Plitvice Lakes, which are a wonder of nature. The hotel is right next to the lakes. So, the location could not be more convenient. Being at the hotel makes one experience the spirit of the extraordinarily beautiful place. It is true that the rooms look a bit outdated but who cares! My room was quite clean and huge. The breakfast buffet was quite comprehensive and excellent. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, as was the staff in the lobby bar and the a la carte restaurant (didn’t try the buffet dinner restaurant). When I visit a national park, I actually prefer staying at properties like this because they make me feel closer to nature.

Besøge parken - så brug hotellet. Super oplevelse.
En fantastisk dejlig oplevelse. Super beliggenhed lige ved parkens indgang 2. Fin aftale med parken om rabatordning. Personale helt i top med imødekommenhed og venlighed. Stort og lidt ældre hotel, men opleves ikke problematisk. Der er en fin ordning med spisning ved buffet. Eneste bemærkning er, at der er noget lydt for brug af vand på omliggende værelse.

플리트비체랑 아주 가까워요. 플리트비체 갔다가 힘들어서 주변 식당 갈 생각도 못했는데 호텔에서 석식을 예약없이 먹을수있었습니다. 생각보다 종류도 맛도 없었지만 배를 채우긴 충분했습니다. 에어컨이 없었지만 덥지 않았고 욕조에 물이 빠지지않아 샤워할때 고생했습니다. 전체적인 룸컨디션은 나쁘지않았고 베란다에 왔다갔다 할 수있어 좋았습니다. * 주차를 무료로 넓게 할 수있어 아주아주 좋았어요.

This hotel is nicely situated in Plitvice National Park. You can easily walk about 2-4 minutes from the front of the hotel to catch a tram that transports you to various stations in the park. Our hotel room was dated about 15-20 years in the past and needs a refresh. Everything operated well and the mattress I slept on worked very well for me. The view outside our window was sufficient with lots of greenery and the sound of water rushing along. It was peaceful and serene. The amenities they had was a bowling alley located at a 1-2 minute walk outside of the hotel, the gym and patio area was sizable. The pool, however; was a downside since they call it a “whirlpool” which is pie shaped. I like the rectangle shape kind, either indoor or outdoor. The breakfast buffet was great and the selection was just right. We enjoyed the food and no complaints there. The dinner was a la carte and the food was great! I really liked my selections, which I have never it prepared in that way. The front desk was helpful and many of them spoke English without using lots of filler words. Everyone smiled and always made eye contact. Another downside to this was the small elevator. It can accommodate approximately 4-5 people without luggages. A suggestion would be to expand the size of the elevator and refresh the rooms. We would try out another hotel for better rooms and amenities.

Great location, old facilities
The location of the hotel is great. The facilities are old and not well maintained. The main hallway light did not work in our room and the shower would not drain. This is an expensive hotel for the area and it felt like they are taking advantage of guests because of prior reviews and location.

Being in the park is wonderful. It is easy to get to both entrances from the hotel. The rooms are a bit drab. Definitely face the lake if you can. You won’t be able to see the lake once the trees leaf out, but sitting on your balcony facing the woods is lovely. Be aware that the food is pretty awful. The whirlpool is only 86 degrees Fahrenheit (30 C) so fairly cool. Sauna is an additional charge. Apparently if you book your room directly from Hotel Jezero, your park entry tickets are included - worth checking on that!

We chose Hotel Jezero due to its proximity to the entrance to Plitvice Lakes. It’s just a few minutes walk (down a lot of steps) to entrance 2. From there you can do either the upper or lower lakes. Parking was easy and check in went smooth. The rooms, while adequate and clean, are a bit outdated. There is both buffet and a la carte dining options. The buffet was 20 euros each, not including drinks. We chose to skip the buffet and our meal was 44 euros with drinks, so it worked out well. If you are doing more than one day in the lakes only get a one day pass. The hotel will give you and extra day stamp after your first day.

Due to its location it has a monopoly on options. There is literally no competition for them. The property for the most part is nice but where they fall very short is in the rooms. The beds are terrible. The bathrooms haven’t been updated in probably 30 years. They don’t provide hand towels or wash cloths. They don’t even have tissue paper . They suggest that you buy some at the market. We found the food options pretty mediocre. On the plus side, most of the staff is very nice and helpful. This property is state owned which explains some of this.
