Your stay includes complimentary use of **4 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, and 2 canoes**, and the home's easy walk-in lake access makes it simple to swim, wade, or launch your watercraft.

**Please Note:** The path to the lake follows the property's natural lakeside terrain. Guests should wear appropriate footwear and use caution, especially after rain or after dark.

# Arrowhead Lake Temporary Membership & Required Fees

*(Children under 6 are free.)*

### In Season (Friday before Memorial day - Labor Day)

• $8.50 per person, per day
• $42.50 per person, per week

### Off Season (Day after Labor day to Thursday before Memorial Day weekend)

• $2.00 per person, per day

Additional required fees (all year long):

• Gate Pass – $20 per vehicle, per stay
• Community Administration Fee – $20 per reservation

**Reservations made less than 3 days before arrival automatically incur a $100 HOA late registration fee.**

All fees are established by the Arrowhead Lake Community Association and cannot be waived or discounted by the homeowner.

After booking, you'll receive a registration form requesting guest names, ages of children, and vehicle information. Community fees must be paid directly to the HOA before arrival.
