„Schönes luxuriöses Hotel! Im Finanz District gelegen. Für Europäer sind die Matrazen sehr hart, für Asien normal. Der Chef des Hauskeeping war sehr zuvorkommend, nach Topperauflage schliefen wir viel besser! Auch Essen und Service im Botticino (italienisches Restaurant im Hotel) hervorragend. Spezielles Dankeschön an unseren Kellner Lucky, sein Service war top!“

„It was horrible, we booked it for 1 night and we arrived there in evening around 8pm. Very dirty and permanently damaged bedsheets, pillow, pillow cover and blanket was there on our bed . Please see pictures. Unfortunately we didn’t had option to move in evening so we request them to change everything and clean the room again which work with 2 more hours of checkin.“

„The hotel is part of a chain of hotel so do be precise when telling the tax driver. You might end up at the wrong Bawa Hotel. The hotel is good and in a very relaxed neighourhood. The beach is 5 min walk away. The room itself was not very spacious, but it did for me for a night. “

„I enjoyed my stay very much for a number of reasons: 1. Tastefully done room with comfortable beds and a balcony. Very nice. 2. Good staff. Very service oriented and friendly. 3. Good food in the hotel with very reasonable prices. 4. Nice building and lobby. Very friendly guy at the entrance. You feel welcome right from the start. The only bad thing is that I stayed only 2 nights. Will come back and stay longer next time.“

„The Grand Hotel has something to do with history. Located in an area of Colaba, where on Saturdays and Sundays the kids are playing cricket and families are sleeping on the ground, it seems to be a lighthouse. All humans who are working in the Grand Hotel are truly kind, very helpfull and convinced that they are working together for us as their guests. Not everything is perfect - but being accommodated in such an environment - it was a pleasure to stay there. Long lives The Grand Hotel!“

„I liked the hotel's rates and it's location which is just minutes away from the domestic terminal of Mumbai Airport. The front desk staff was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth and easy.
