« What a wonderful stay. The house was great, very clean and had all the amenities. The location was great, located in a quiet neighborhood with nice outdoor space for the kids. I was able to take a run in the morning right down to South Beach public access too. The communication with the host was great; very accommodating. Would stay here again! »

« I hope this review will cover the upgraded property we got due to an unexpected water heater malfunction at the property I reserved in Birch Bay. The house was perfect for my family's gatherings to celebrate my father's 90th birthday. It was very nice that my parents could use the main floor bedroom/bathroom and not need to use the stairs for the lower and upper levels of the house. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, glassware and a nice BBQ for our three big meals...
