„Beautiful, clean, and renovated property. Comfortable beds, clean dishes and towels available. Located in a quieter neighborhood with its own charm. Hosts were very receptive and thoughtful as well. All the utensils and miscellaneous items we needed were provided. The main door wasn't functional during our stay, but the hosts contacted us promptly, and the issue was resolved within 10 minutes. The door was not a problem for us the rest of our stay. “

„Our family of 5 adults stayed here and it was lovely. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood that is easily accessible to the city. There are plenty of stores within walking distance to buy supplies, and if you have a car (which we did) there was somewhere to park it during one stay. The villa is decorated nicely and has everything necessary for a wonderful stay. There are several stairs to access the villa. This was fine for our group but keep this in mind. „Das Treppenhaus ist schmutzig und in schlechtem Zustand. Ganz steile Treppen - schlicht gefährlich, speziell mit Gepäck. Die Inneneinrichtung ist mit billigen chinesischen Bauelementen bestückt: Wasserhähne sind lose, Toilettendeckel sind lose, Duschkopf ist so groß daß das Wasser aus der Kabine rausläuft. Kein Geschirrtuch vorhanden. Meiner Tochter ist der Schiebetürmetalldeckel auf die Hand gefallen. Ergebniß: Blaue Flecken und geschwollene Finger. Ansonsten: Betten sind gut ebenso wie die ...

„Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich ca. 10 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere Buslinien, Restaurants und Geschäfte sowie ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die Küche ist neuwertig aber eher spatanisch mit Geschirr ausgestattet. Das Bad ist relativ neu aber riecht feucht. Der Schrank in einem der Schlafzimmer ist sehr instabil. „We stayed nine nights in this lovely, quiet and spacious apartment and we loved almost everything. Good beds, everything worked, nice view into a green courtyard, central location on the quiet Arno side. The only downside was the lack of a kettle and a towel to dry at least some dishes. We then bought towels.“
