« The property was just as described and very clean. Stayed there with family and friends and had a great time. Only criticism is there weren’t enough pots & pans. Some of those weren’t usable. Could have used more refrigerator space. That being said, we would definitely rent it again. »

« Great find! Loved staying at this property. It's about 10 minutes north of the "city" but that worked great for us because we were looking for some peace and quiet for some serious down time. There are a few dining options within 5 minutes, Aunt Kate's and Cap's were some we tried and would recommend. Lots of extras at the house - fully stocked kitchen - more than we are used to seeing. Had a great time here. »

« We really enjoyed our stay at your sweet little house. Very clean and comfortable. My ONLY moment of, I wish this was better, were the curtains. Wish the house had blinds instead of curtains that would allow light as well as privacy. The glass door in the kitchen especially made us uncomfortable without a blind. Other than the curtains and lack of, we loved the house. Very cozy! Thank you for a pleasant stay! »

« Absolutely excellent love the neighborhood everything was easy to walk everything was very convenient love just stepping out the door and onto the beach was only a block away easy walk restaurants convenience stores pharmacies all within walking distance I absolutely loved it at night it was very peaceful and quiet the rental was super clean super bright and gorgeous and had everything you needed if you decided to cook or whatever but because of the restaurants and the locations of everything...

« An old soul with modern touches.That pretty much sums up this lovely home. Light & Bright if that's your thing, if not, pull the shades & PRESTO! Yer sleepin' in!(Who are we kidding? You're hungover.... it's St. Augustine! Clean, close to everything, SO many light switches! lolGreat little back patio and front porch! Great kitchen but you probably won't be using it with ALL the great food around. 10/10. Will recommend. »
