In most of the hotels, there is no way you can open the windows for ventilation due to the some specific reasons. Most common reasons are Safety, Security and Legal liabilities. It was hotel’s courteous clerk who changed to Non-Smoking room. Also there is signs on door to ring bell if the doors are locked. Prices were way cheaper than in Oxford Mississippi where the concert was. It was not that high compared to other hotels closer to the event. And we know that you not staying here again. You stayed because you found cheapest price room closest to the event you were attending! So please don’t blame and post unnecessary comments or reviews for the hotel.

It’s not the staff that had attitude. It’s the staff’s duty to let know about the requirements to the guests. That doesn’t mean that staff has attitude. More over you did not paid when you checked in at our hotel. You pre paid your stay prior to check in to Expedia. If you would have paid at hotel then staff would have notified you the requirements prior to your payment or checking in. This doesn’t mean that staff has attitude. This should clear up your doubts.
