« The Cotswold Water Park is our favourite place to spend time with our family and this year we were able to spend the whole week out and about. The family of seven stayed in Damsel Cottage and we, the grandparents had a smaller house, Trout Cottage, just a few houses up the road. No-one had any complaints whatsoever. « Cottage was exactly how it was advertised and was great for our family (including one dog) for a long weekend. It was very well appointed and exceptionally clean. We had one very minor issue whilst staying (portable room fan not working - it was the hottest weekend of the year so far!) and contacted Orion Holidays who demonstrated exceptional customer service by responding and remedying within a couple hours. « Great property - plenty of space, clean, overlooking a lake. Fantastic communication from the hosts...we had a small issue with water - they were on it straight away. Only small gripe was about the estate facilities... restaurant and bar closed in Sunday afternoon at 4:00pm (I think). « This is my second time in one of Orion Holidays properties. I visited with my son and three very young grandchildren. I love the views from the houses overlooking a pond or lake where there is lots of wildlife to observe. I like the green spaces between houses and it was very dog friendly when I brought my dog on the first visit.
