„Nettes kleines Hotel, Personal zeitweise überfordert. Sehr gute Lage besonders in Hinsicht zu der kurzen Distanz bezüglich der Kanalfähren. “

„Unser Zimmer war grosszügig und mit einer herrlichen Aussicht“

„Don't pay until you've seen the room. You will not get back your money. We made this mistake. The room and hotel were dirty and in need of renovation. We didn't want to stay one night. The manager promised we will get back the money, but this has to be done via the portal we booked, he told. The Expedia service team was told by the manager that the refund would be refused, citing the cancellation policy. According to the motto: I'll never see these guys again.“

„Top Hotel mit 11 Zimmern (Suite buchen der Hammer). Hunde erlaubt :-). “

„Sehr netter und sympatischer Besitzer, gutes Frühstück, geht auf individuelle Wünsche ein und ist sehr unkompliziert. Hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in dem zwar sehr kleinen, aber absolut dem Preis entsprechendem B&B in Pool. Würde es weiterempfehlen... “

„The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It is stylishly furnished and extremely centrally located. The secure parking, in such a central location as a real plus. It is literally moments on foot from the quay. We would not hesitate to stay here again.“

„The room we had was great for our needs for the long weekend. Easy to access with self check in and out. Loads of info provided about the area for restaurants etc in a book left in the room which was genuinely useful. Jenny was great with providing required info on booking and checking we had that info again before we arrived. We’d definitely stay again if we visit Poole.“

„The apartment was very comfortable and clean with everything you would need provided. The location was fantastic with a supermarket opposite and on the doorstep of the town centre and the quayside. The bed was very comfortable and the communication from the hosts was excellent. I would highly recommend this apartment and would stay again. “

„A very well located and equipped apartment. Only a short walk to the quay and old town and restaurants. Also there are shops only a few steps away where groceries and other supplies are available. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Our stay was very enjoyable.“

„Perfect place and very quite lovely and cosy. Thanks Richard👍👍“

„It is a very nice house over 3 floors and the location is very good for the town centre and harbour, however it was very very noisy from lots going on outside and someone had broken into a car displaying a disabled badge and smashed two windows, the street is narrow and you will do well to get in and out of the garage. Facilities at the house were very good but it's way over priced“
