„I stayed here for the weekend with my mom and older sister for a family reunion. The place was better than what we expected. Nice secluded area. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. „We were so happy to find a home that not only allowed short stays – just three nights – but also our Sweet mini doodle and literally a stones. Throw up a Dune and on the beach. Perfect house for a couple even the linens were quality! And the communication with the host was always immediate and first rate. Cannot recommend highly enough.“

„I first saw the Foxhole #3 on previous visits to Kitty Hawk with friends. As we passed by the house, I would often say that it looked like a great place to stay at the beach. Years later, I have now stayed there and I was not wrong. It was great! Cozy, quiet and you can't get closer to the beach. I counted 100 steps from the back step to water's edge.“

„We absolutely loved this tree house. We are a family of 3 with one fur baby, our frenchie. The house is decorated perfectly, very clean annd neat and the space for a family of 3 was very comfortable. It is close to everything yet far enough away to be peaceful. The pool was wonderful as was the beach. I absolutely love Betsy. She is very sweet and very responsive if you need something. We will most definitely be back to this tree house. Highly recommend!! “

„This was a great spot for the 2 of us and our dog. You truly cannot beat how close to the ocean you are. Enjoyed the proximity to the beach the best. A lot of sand gets tracked in because it is on ground level. We had a broom but no dish pan so we just used paper plates to try and clean everything up. Kitchen was fine, nice fridge and everything worked. The only downfall was that there was not an outdoor shower! „Ive stayed at this property 4 times I believe since 2017 it hasn't changed a bit. And thats why we love this place. Its so quiet and peaceful there. Brought my kids this time and it was a hit. We fished, kayaked, swam and just soaked up the sun. Its close enough you can hit the Outer Banks or go in to Virginia Beach. I wont even consider another place to stay when I come out. "Sehr freundliches Personal, das Hotel liegt in direkter Nähe zum Strand und man kann direkt am Hotel parken. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig und das Frühstück ist super spartanisch. Für $70 pro Nacht okay, alles darüber würde ich nicht buchen. "
