« Quel accueil! Nous n'étions pas sitôt arrivés que notre hôte nous ouvrait la porte et nous présentait les lieux. Le logis,tout simple, était propre et confortable. Nous avons bien dormi. À heure convenue, notre charmant hôte nous a servi un déjeuner savoureux et copieux, à un prix très abordable, tout en nous prodiguant des infos précieuses sur les attraits des environs, à savoir les différents lieux pour voir les montagnes Tatras ainsi que le charmant vieux village Spišska Sobota. »

« We love our stay at Welkam. The room was nice and spacious, the style was a cozy mix of modern and old. The bathroom was very nice with a great shower, and the included breakfast was a nice spread of meats, cheeses, boiled eggs, and sweet bread that hit the spot before leaving. Great value, overall! »

Uciazliwosc (mala), to usytuowanie hotelu na stadionie oleglym od kompleksu basenowego o 300 m. Bylo mokro wiec tras do i z hotelu byla blotnista. Reszta... super. »

« Very nice and confortable hotel. Very well located: 10min by foot from historical center, 5 minutes away from the aquapark, easy access to/from motorway by car. English speaking staff and very good internet »

« Salle de restauration bruyante (bruit des chaises sans patins insupportable) et pas très propre. Néanmoins la nourriture est correcte. Chambre vieillotte mais spacieuse, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, nécessité d’ouvrir la fenêtre pour ne pas avoir trop chaud et ventiler (odeurs). De plus la gare étant proche, cela induit donc des nuisances sonores notamment tôt le matin. Belle vue sur les montagnes, notamment pour les hauts étages. Proche des transports (trains et bus) et de la vieille...

« The pension is located in a residential area of Poprad, a bit far from historical center, but there are some restaurants around. There was nobody to welcome me but I received all the necessary instructions to get to the room. Internet was sometimes slow and unreliable. Disappointing point was that the pension was not so quiet: dogs in the neighborhood barking until late in the evening and we hear very well when other guests are using water. »

« From the moment we arrived to Zamocek Suzanne cordially welcomed us and showed us to our rooms. She thoroughly explained where everything was located, and was cery detailed on making out stay a perfect one. The rooms all have small kitchens and the decor is most charming in Slovakian character. Highly, highly recommend this hotel! »
