10/10
This property was quiet on a big piece of land. Even though this farmhouse was older, it was super clean and close to Port Austin and Caseville. Had a fire in their firepit one night which was really nice. We did bring several standing fans as there is only A/C in one of the bedrooms. In 90 degree weather, the upstairs was hot. It says it sleeps 8 but I would say it comfortably sleeps 5 adults (2 full size beds, 1 twin bed) and if you have a couple little kids one could sleep on the futon (has a bar that is very uncomfortable for an adult to sleep on when opened) and one child could sleep on the small loveseat (it's listed as a full size sleeper sofa, but was in rough condition and felt every spring so we had to just sleep on the couch itself. They do have well water so if you can't stand the smell of sulfur, this would not be for you. They do provide gallons of fresh water for cooking, coffee, etc. which was nice. For the price you can definitely overlook some of the amenities that may only be included in a more expensive place.
