Beautiful home with LOTS of seating for everyone to get together. Really appreciated the dog friendly amenities and small fenced area. The view was absolutely perfect and the little neighborhood was quiet and well cared for. Comfy beds, large master bath, huge open kitchen-dining- living plus enormous deck facing the water.

We went with family/friends. The views were perfect and the house was great for gathering. All open in the front, lots of room to hang out with everyone and be very comfortable. Having a spare bathroom was a great bonus. Very well stocked kitchen (cookware, utensils), has any and everything you would need. We enjoyed our stay, wished it could have been longer. Only con was it wasn’t the cleanest, but that’s on the cleaning service. I would strongly recommend this house. We are going to book it again for next year.

Teens loved the included video game console. 3 couples loved having our own 3 bedrooms, while kids stayed in their own 4th bedroom. Dog run in backyard made potty breaks a breeze. Location was perfect. We would stay here again!

We fit our family of 8 and dog perfectly fine with plenty of room to spare. The layout in the living room was spacious with very nice furniture. We cooked every night and used the kitchen cooking equipment and used our grill downstairs. We are excited to book this same house again!

The cabin was big and spacious, but needed to be cleaned a little better. There was an awful smell when we arrived and finally figured out it was the garbage disposal. The downstairs had some wood and other materials in the yard and the grass needed to be cut, it did happen on Monday, but we arrived on Friday.

Reviewer Comments: - Overall great house; very enjoyable for the week- Cobb real estate is very easy to work with and make contact with. - great location and great access to beach. view of the beach is top notch.- Great kitchen and amenities - The televisions and direct tv were a great option for down time- The porch is awesome- Need better shades in bedroom, especially the primary bedroom. Almost see through. Very bright at dawn and feels like it lacks privacy- Mold growing above doors is disconcerting - when we arrived the floors did not feel as though they had been swept and mopped. - Internet is so weak it is useless- Ceiling fan in one queen bedroom does not work. - Because of height of ceiling fans it is difficult to adjust speed- While location is great it is also a drawback: 1) We had some stuff stolen from under the house in the middle of the afternoon2) this is the party beach area so the weekend is rowdy. The fireworks were great at first. Then it got old and loudThe negatives did not detract from the overall greatness of the house and vacation. We would book again.

We generally stay in the Gilchrist area and were surprised by the number of people on the beach Sat. and Sunday. It was nice once the weekend was over.A few maintenance items needed:Dishwasher is hard to close, then it runs on wash over and over. We opened to stop cycle.Second light walking up stairs needs new bulb.Ice maker was frozen in one solid piece of ice when we arrived. I fixed it. It works fine. The outside of refrigerator on freezer side sweats alot.

The ow wets simply thought of everything! The A/C works great, especially in the Master bedroom! The only challenging thing, was the electrical outlets... At times we thought they didn't work, but after reading the detailed booklet about the beach house that the owner left on the end table, it walked us thru how to make them work. Honestly, it wasn't a big deal. Great place, we will be back!!!

Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home and one of the best locations we have ever stayed at but the home was so dirty. I have rented before from Cobbs and other local realators and this was by far the dirtiest one yet. I hate to go into detail about how dirty it was. I just hope Cobbs steps up their cleaning on their cabins. This isn't the first time this has happened. When you pay that much you hope its going to be top notch.
