The stay was great, the property is as described. The living room would have been more comfortable had it had a recliner or the sofa reclined. My problem was it has roaches. I only saw them multiple times in the master bathroom. I do have photos and video if you need the proof. I feel confident that the host will rectify and I would certainly rent it again. For that reason I cannot give 5 stars.

We stayed here for a girls trip & it was the perfect spot. Short walk to the beach, friendly neighbors, & 10 min drive to restaurants. We loved the karaoke machine & open layout of the main living area. It was also nice to have the shaded area under the house to hang out & visit.

Great beach house in a new subdivision. Host was awesome as soon as we booked - great communication and the home was fully stocked with all your essentials so you get right to vacation. We took our 2 young kids and couldn’t have picked a better spot. It’s a low traffic, quiet, neighborhood. Kids rode bikes around the block and to the pool. Golf cart rental near the entrance. The beach is very close, within walking distance, but we just had fun driving up and down the shore on a cart. Made for easy pick up and return. Rent this place. Make some core memories. You won’t regret it. Thank y’all for having us!

Clean, well organized home in a family-friendly neighborhood. Most everything needed for a short stay is provided. The community pool is a decent size for kids and adults to enjoy.The host, Vern, could use a lesson in hospitality. I booked the villa over a month in advance of my stay; and, upon my arrival, he proceeded to shout at me through the Ring camera, asking who I was and if I had been given authorization to be on the property. Not only was it rude and uninviting, but it made me feel like I was being watched for the remainder of my 4-night stay.Additionally, some information in this listing is a bit misleading. The location of the home is closer to the bay than the beach, which is barely visible from the front porch. To access the beach, you have to cross Hwy 87 which can be a challenge on foot if you have small children.If WiFi is a must-have during your stay, I’d recommend packing a hotspot because the WiFi speed is not 25 Mbps, as stated. A speed test clocked the signal at 2.29 Mbps and it was just enough to watch tv with occasional buffering. There is also no garage on the property.

The owners have put a ton of energy and effort into making this house comfortable. From labeling light switches and cupboards to posting instructions for the A/C next to the thermostat- they’ve thought of it all!

We had a great time staying at this home. It was a last minute booking in between other guests or we would have definitely requested to extend our stay. The property was just as advertised and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the neighborhood safe, and the whole place was just perfect! Weekend getaway

We arrived and check in was simple! When getting ready to go to bed we noticed sheets looked dirty so I took sheets off bed to wash at 9:30 at night. Once taking sheets off we found mattress protector was stained significantly so we pulled that off to wash as well. The host was quick to respond when I let them know of the situatuon. I know that is probably on the cleaning crew but I have super high standards for bed linens! Overall the house was great except for this little issue! The location was great, pool was amazing great spot if you have kids! Only reason for 4 stars was issue with bedding!

Wedding Stay

We rented this beautiful house for the lead up to our wedding in the area. We absolutely loved the place, it was clean, and the owners thought of everything we could need! It was truly amazing and we were very impressed with the amenities the house offered! We would definitely recommend this house and these owners, they are amazing people and willing to do whatever it takes to make guests not only feel welcome but they made the place feel like home!
