« This place is one of the most clean, nicest places I have stayed on a beach vacation. From talking to hosts before the visit to the time we left, everything was wonderful! The house smelled clean. Like the smell you want in your house when your mom does a surprise drop in. The floors were beautiful, I could walk around the house and my feet stayed clean. The house was open and bright. The beds were delightfully comfy. Plenty of pillows. Everything was great. The kitchen was labeled. Everything...

« Everything was wonderful. Check-in was easy and Gwen was very helpful. The house is roomy and delightful. There were 10 in our party ranging from 3yrs to 76yrs. We had plenty of room and privacy. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The beach was close. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. »

« I LOVED this house. It was so beautiful inside & out. The convenience of having a pool as soon as you open your door was great for the children! It was in a great location! My only recommendation is maybe some more lighting to help the pathway from the driveway to the door but I have absolutely no complaints. Will most definitely stay here next time I’m in North Port!! »

« The home was as described. Walked around neighborhood nice and quiet. Lots of ducks, birds in pond across the way. 1/2 hour to an hour to many beaches. We went to a different one each day. Beds comfortable had all the appliances and kitchen gadgets we needed. Only downside all towels in closet were so damp had to dry but we had a washer and dryer. Grill needed to be cleaned and smoked us out. Should have heated po very cold but the kids stayed in until they were blue and then took a hot bath....

« It is a lovely, cozy, graceful cottage in the heart of Boca Grande (I can tell owners are books and art lovers). We greatly appreciated the provided toiletries and utilities products, since the market hours are very limited for what we generally expect. You can walk everywhere! We loved it!The only thing I (personally) missed was an espresso machine( an early bird like myself had to wait until 7:30 Am to "open" the cafe) but the time went fast exploring the town.I will gladly come back...

« We stay in a vrbo two - three times a yr this was by far one of the best properties we’ve stayed in the house was comfortable the bed was comfortable I have a bad back and usually end up sleeping on a couch or somewhere else in the middle of the night but I was able to sleep all night in there bed the location to the beaches was very close I wish we could have kayaked though »

"La réception des clés se faisait via un écran. Aucun contact humain. De plus pas de fruits frais, pas de jus de fruits, aucun plat chaud ni gaufres ou pinckake Donc seulement du gâteau industriel enveloppés ds du papier avec du thé et du café. En conclusion il ne faut pas inclure petit déjeuner inclus mais petit en-cas pour le petit déjeuner. "
