„Went to check in prepared with confirmation number and booking email but front office staff were clueless, said there was no booking, had no idea about Wotif. Took 20 minutes for them to find a senior manager and be directed to get a room prepared. Once in the room, the facilities were fine and the room was quite reasonable but front office staff need a lot of training, especially given the competitive market for accommodation in Moresby these days.“

Ebenfalls wurde ein Flughafenshuttle angeboten. Beim Einchecken war es sehr geschäftig und das Personal war etwas unfreundlich. Aber alles in allem bin ich zufrieden “
