Seaclusion lives up to its name as the perfect oceanfront retreat for your next vacation. This newly built home sits directly on the ocean along one of the rare traffic-free beaches in Volusia County, in a completely residential area with no beach traffic and no hotels anywhere nearby.

Port Orange is a quiet city between Daytona Beach Shores and Ponce Inlet, home mostly to full-time residents, with no hotels along its beachside area. It's home to Boondocks, where you can dine casually on the river and watch the manatees and dolphins swim by, along with the Ponce Preserve and many other nature parks. A quick drive into Ponce Inlet brings even more dining options, like Racing's North Turn, Off The Hook, and Jerry's Italian Grill and Tiki Bar, along with attractions such as the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and Museum and the Marine Science Center. Daytona International Speedway is about a 20 minute drive inland, and the main attractions of Daytona Beach, including the convention center, Main Street and the Boardwalk, are about 20 to 25 minutes away.

Step through the front door and into paradise! This home features elevated designer furnishings and finishes throughout, and the main living level is actually on the second floor, giving guests the best views. The oceanfront family room leads into an oceanfront dining room with warm finishes, and from there, step into the spacious, fully stocked kitchen. Bright and inviting, the open floor plan lets the whole group gather and enjoy time together with oceanfront views.

The primary suite is the only bedroom on the main level, making it a retreat all its own. Decorated and furnished entirely with designer Tommy Bahama pieces, it features an adjustable king bed, a smart TV and double doors opening directly onto the oceanfront sundeck. The ensuite primary bathroom offers a luxurious walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head. A half bathroom on this level is especially convenient while you're enjoying the outdoor space.

Head down to the first level to find the two guest bedrooms, along with the 1-car garage and laundry room. The home also includes a removable baby gate for families with young children. The first guest bedroom is the largest, with an adjustable queen bed, a twin bed with a twin trundle, a TV and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second guest bedroom is nearby and has a twin bed and a TV. Altogether, the home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests.

Step out to your private oceanfront oasis on the main level to soak in the Florida sun! The spacious vinyl sundeck offers outdoor dining furniture and lounge chairs where you can soak up some rays while listening to the waves. When tummies start to growl, fire up the propane grill for al fresco oceanfront dining. Private beach access steps lead right from the sundeck down to the sand, and a convenient outdoor shower with hot water makes rinsing off easy.

A shed just off the deck holds some beach items. While beach items are never guaranteed, since salt air wears them out quickly, there is generally a decent supply of beach chairs and boogie boards. Guests who purchase items they can't take home are welcome to leave them behind for future guests.

To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during spring and summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday during those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

This home allows a maximum of 2 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent. The 1-car garage is available for guest use, along with a small driveway, so 1 vehicle can be parked in the garage and 1 in the driveway. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation.
