« Perfect for 3 adults 1 teen. Beautiful location in friendly community surrounded by water. Beds extremely comfortable. Couches and relaxing spaces abound. 2 decks and patio with fire pit. Favorite deck off master bedroom. Plenty of light. Fun decor. Extremely inviting. Only thing was tub shower combo a bit difficult for elderly person. Definitely would stay again. We stayed for wedding at country club minutes away. Perfect location for relaxing. Community small beach area. So many water views....

« Be sure to check the schedule of the fitness club just 10-15 feet from your bedroom window. I was woken up early (8a) on multiple days by a workout class held outside with amplified music. A major drawback to an otherwise charming little house. The furnace was reluctant to heat up at night and I had to find my own coffee filters/sugar, but such a good value, and I never had to drive more than 12 min the entire week I was there. »

« This place exceeded my wildest expectations. The house looks little on the outside but it's huge inside! It's an old house junkie's dream, impeccably maintained and every choice from the wallpaper to the penny tiles was period perfect. I read in the guestbook that one of their guests actually grew up there, then came back for a visit, and thanked the host for giving the place a new life, how cool is that!?! The location is perfect and if we're ever in the area again, this will be our home base...

« We enjoyed our stay. Parking was free and easy and the property is located very close to the downtown so you can walk almost elsewhere. The staff are very friendly, professional and check-in was very easy. The unit itself is very clean and just as described. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend if you're going to be visiting the Saugatuck area. »

« Beautiful house, with great quality rooms for a full group of adults. We loved the big long tables off the kitchen for our group and the hot tub was great! Host was thoughtful and responsive as well, we really appreciated how easy checkout was. Would absolutely stay again. »

« Got to the room and there were flies all over! Contacted property owner and they said they would come over with fly traps. No! We weren’t staying. They tried to get us to move to another property 15 miles away. Property owner was unhelpful and unfriendly. We contacted VRBO directly and they resolved it immediately and we received a complete refund. Then we stayed at a lovely B&B in town. We have used VRBO a lot and have never had an experience like this. »

« My husband, our dog, and I stayed here for our babymoon and had a great time. The location was amazing, and the home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was the perfect place to relax before baby arrives. We would definitely stay here again! »
