Communication is poor. You are actually renting from a corporation not an individual. The master bedroom does not have sufficient air conditioning. An HVAC company was sent out to look into making it cooler and stated that it was a poor design and nothing could be done. I requested a room air conditioner and the request was never followed up on. I also inquired before the trip if beach chairs were available for use and was told no. There are 10 beach chairs, 3 wagons, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and 3 bikes available. Coolers, can coozies and many other extras were provided. Home is closer the the beach than it appears.

The location was fantastic and the house was beautiful. Large spacious rooms with everything you needed for a wonderful vacation and the mattresses were off the chain.

Immaculate Property

This property is Immaculate. Its a new build and everything looks and smells new. The house is stocked with everything you might need from beach towels, beach chairs, sunshade, Solostove fire pit, pool floats, outdoor games, lifejackets. There are beach kayaks and paddle boards you can use. And the downstairs game room has a Golden Tee arcade game. The home is 50 yards from beach access. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. The closest grocery store is 17 miles away but we were able to get Walmart Delivery. I would recommend this place very highly. Our family had the best time.

What a gem

At the risk of tipping my hat to the masses, i’ve never had expectations fully met like they were here. Full of amenities - especially with regards to beach equipment and three young kids - this place checks every single one of our boxes. Creature comforts and convenience abound in the minty pear
