„This was such a lovely place to stay. I came here to get over my jetlag before my trip abd it was just perfect. Local dairy/shop, takeaway, lovely river walk straight out of the garden, easy to catch the bus into town.Slept well with a comfy bed, nice powerful shower and great kitchen with plenty of space.Lots of films and programmes on the amazon prime with the TV.The owner and his wife offered to pick me up anything from the supermarket if I needed it. Really kind people thank you. “

„The property is near new, nice and tidy. The property is easy to get to once we were made aware of the number. The advertising of the property suggests it is a 4-bedroom house, it is actually a 3-bedroom house with a separate unit on the section that is not attached to the main house. The unit is fully equipped for 2 people. The parking was difficult to get into with a large car. The kitchen has minimal equipment, 4 forks, 5 knives, 6 cups, when the property sleeps 8.“

„We really enjoyed staying at this place. It was near the beach and a park so strolling around the area was great. The kitchen was well equipped, lots of room for the 8 of us. There were going to be 12 of us but one family backed out when the saw there was only 1 bathroom. There were actually 2, but one was in the master bedroom suite. „Beautiful scenery over to the Waikato hills. Alpacas on the doorstep greeting you among the other animals on the property. The owner was accommodating, very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay as fantastic as possible. He gave awesome tips about places to visit including the Nikau cave! The accommodation was very clean and tidy, and everything you could need was made available. I Would 100% recommend staying here and would love to again in the future.“

"Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht da, wir wĂ€ren nĂ€mlich gerne lĂ€nger geblieben, weil wir uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt haben. Das Farmhaus ist sehr gemĂŒtlich und es ist wirklich an alles gedacht! Viele Details, die wir in anderen UnterkĂŒnften oft vermisst haben, sind hier vorhanden. Die KĂŒche ist phĂ€nomenal ausgestattet und in den SchrĂ€nken und im KĂŒhlschrank ist ausreichend Platz und Vorrat fĂŒr jede Ferienwohnung. Der Besitzer, Robert, ist sehr freundlich und kĂŒmmert sich um alles. Wir können das B&B wĂ€rmstens empfehlen! "
