"Todo perfecto!! El servicio, el desayuno, la ubicación. Nos dieron una habitación que da al callejón Via dei Biffi por lo que nuestras mañanas empezaron en una muy apreciada calma. Cuando terminen de desayunar en el último piso, antes de subir al elevador, suban por unas escaleras metálicas de caracol, da a un mirador a los alrededores del hotel. El hotel está a pocos metros de la Catedral de Santa María de Fiori y a dos cuadras de la Galería de la Academia. Definitivamente recomendable si ya es pesado caminar a todos los lugares."

"Arriving at midnight on Christmas day, after 5 hours of long tiring drive, we were comforted by a fine lovely room, spacious bed with clean great smelling beddings ! Clean bathroom and with welcome water bottles and tea/coffee. The welcome note was adorable and just made our arrival really special! Million thanks to the amazing friendly staff, helpful and accommodating. The hotel design is fun, young guest-oriented with indoor play rooms! Loved our stay! The underground parking was a treat! The tramway was just across the street and very practical! "
