„It is a beautiful residence. This is a relatively new residence, evidenced by all the brand new with tags furniture, lamps, appliances etc. No internet or cable, which was sort of a downer. Did not get the code until 15 minutes after check in time. No coffee or silverware. We only found one spoon. “

„My mom and I had a wonderful stay at this little cottage! It was super clean, comfortable, and a perfect spot for us and our two dogs. The beds and couch were very comfortable, and we loved relaxing on the porch with its cozy seating—perfect for sitting back with a good book and watching the cars go by. „Perfect location. Close to the beach“

„The kitchen was well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The outdoor screened porch was lovely for relaxing. Two refrigerators are key for a beach house! The proximity to the beach and the pool was very convenient. Communication with owner were prompt and helpful. “

„No curtains at all. Small window air conditioning that doesn't cool the whole cabin down. Sketchy ladder screwed into the wall to got to the loft. Any mobility issues beware. Wifi has no internet. Was there less than 30 minutes no reund offered. It is new and clean. “

„The location was perfect and the cottage had everything we needed as a family of 4. It does need a deep cleaning inside and out. The only bathroom is located in the main bedroom downstairs. This was not a problem for us. The host were very responsive. Overall we did enjoy our stay. “

„Very clean home and great location for short walk to beach, nearby restaurants, shopping, etc. Saw 2 gorgeous deer in backyard, mom and baby.“

„The driveway still had the frame up with boards and nails. I got a screw in my rental tire and have yet to hear from the property manager. The inside was cute and cozy. The neighborhood was questionable. Neighbor to the right was cooking in his front yard in a barrell. Did not stay and left shortly after arriving.“

„I would strongly suggest you avoid this property. Unit was unsanitary and in disrepair. Filtered water from refrigerator was yellow. Tap water smelled strongly of sewage. Dishes and bathroom in dirty condition. A know leak came from the kitchen sink drain -- obviously an aware issue since a pot was placed beneath it. A curtain rod fell from the wall which nearly struck out sleeping infant. Never received any return communication from the property manager. Lot was incredibly overgrown.“

„Our second stay at the cottage and we loved it again. Location is amazing. Short walk to the beach (I'd recommend the more public path a block down, as it is an easier walk.) We had 3 cars and no parking issues at all. House was great! 4 bedrooms so everyone had their space. Good-sized kitchen for preparing meals and it has all the pans you'd need. Dining room table easily seats six or you can sit out on the patio. Washington Park is also a short walk and you are close to the outlets and ...

"The rooms are big and clean. The beds comfortable. The bathroom is quite clean as well, but everything a bit old. The drain of the bath tube is cloged and drains very very slowly. The Building is funny, a bit like a maze with many doors and corridors. Breakfast was from 6 to 9. At quarter to nine the women announced quite roughly, that she will closing in 15 min. At 9 it is like an throwing out. The breakfast itself is ok, they offered yoghurt, bananas, one type of jam, kind of cereals. Euch bread/ bagel was wrapped in a zip log bag (not necessary in our opinion). As in all american motels all dishes are completetely one way which produces a giant mount of trash. "
