While the hotel was recently renovated, there was a terrible smell, probably mold,in our room. This resulted in a very uncomfortable night with us constantly being up to clear nasal passages. Little sleep equates to bad reviews.

Sadly, i had to cancel due to a vehicle breakdown...but my other stays here have all been as above. Pleasant staff, easy to deal with, decent location, fairly quiet area, worth the cost for a couple nights...little bit dated but clean. Also have a couple tesla chargers out back for all you electric types...

There should be some upgrades...even though it is neat, it is in dire need of a renovation; also, there should be a bar to hold on to when you come out of the bathtub. As an elder person I was afraid of falling. Safety should be a concern. I like the location of the motel and I'm sure they would do double the business if the outside appearance was modernized and the grounds were landscaped. This is merely my opinion.

I really liked the lighting over the parking in the back. It was bright and stayed on all night. I was pleased with the cleanliness of our room and the variety of breakfast items available in the morning. The staff/owner were pleasant and helpful. We stayed one night for a hockey tournament and I would recommend for anyone needing a simple room and breakfast.

The curb appeal isn’t great, but the rooms are clean. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was a little loud -could here voices tv in neighbouring rooms, but didn’t affect sleep in any way.
