Location de vacances de particulier à Portage

« I don't have enough words to say how impressed we were with this spot. As said by others, easy to find, clean and safe. Communication with owner was excellent. Above that, this place is pure serenity. We were visited by a turkey and her chicks, deer, cute ducks, squirrels galore and even saw an owl. Beautiful plants amd trees around to view and appreciate. We will definitely be back! »

« We stayed in this house for a couple nights while in the area to hike the Indiana Dunes parks. It was conveniently located to both. Although it is the first house off the lake - it is quite the walk to get to the water. My family was able to make it since we were there for hiking anyway - but I can understand how other families with different abilities may struggle. It rained extremely hard our last night and several windows and doors leaked. I know the weather was to blame, but based on the...

« Super close to the beach and great host! Loved the place! »

« This particular experience with a VRBO rental was not a “Blue Ribbon” experience. Once stepping into the backyard and seeing the condition of the height of the grass/weeds, the Pine needles covered seats scattered haphazardly around (sort of) the backyard Dining table which contained a hole in the center for an umbrella (yet no umbrella?!?)That in & of itself sort of spoke for the interior itself. Don’t get me wrong our dog loved the secure fenced yard! The home was clean enough, but the tiny...

« The host was great to work with and answered questions quickly! The house is beautiful and accommodates A LOT of people. It was perfect for 3 siblings and families to gather together. We will definitely be scheduling more stays here. »

« The property is very clean and modern. Very centrally located for adventures at the dunes. We loved our stay. The host is extremely responsive and assisted with suggestions for dinner. It took us only 5 minutes to drive to the beach area from the property which was amazing. And the host is very kid friendly. The property itself is attached to the back of a business which did throw me off a little but we had zero issue with privacy while staying. And there was zero noise issue from the...

« The property was not as described. The photographs of the living room are outdated (the furniture pictured is not present in the home), and several of the blinds in the home were broken. The VRBO photos of the yard are not even close to representing how the yard actually looks. There were two broken Adirondack chairs and some lawn furniture covered in plastic. The canopy/gazebo was lying broken in the front yard (this was not a new problem, as it was mentioned in a previous review). The yard was...
