« Arrived at the hotel and no Family room available to us as per our booking of 2 x adults and 2 x children (both aged 10). As we had travelled for over 5 hours had no choice but to take the Double Room offered and the children had to sleep on the floor - with no bedding / pillows / put me up beds etc. made available. « Great place to stay in Holyhead. Clean, comfortable and the common area was great for relaxing. Tea, coffee, snacks, microwave and fridge provided in the common area. Great pizzas close by as well. The host was also very knowledgeable and friendly. »
