„Our flight was delayed I was I formed that I missed check in hours and would be charged an additional fee for an evening check in. We stayed 4 nights, no clean towels, the shower drain overflowed and nobody ever around to call. There are no lights in the hallways or stairwell. We would walk in the pitch dark with the flashlights from our phones. Next to our room was a night club that the party went on all night. Just as you fall asleep the recycling truck comes by every morning and you are woken ...

„Zimmer war im Hochsommer etwas heiss. Wir hatten das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss und die Klimaanlage konnte nicht kühler eingestellt werden. Ansonsten alles top. Super Lage, nettes Personal.“

„Palazzo Achates was perfect for us! It is in the center of old town on a quiet street and has been fully renovated with a beautiful modern minimalist design. I booked the last room available which, was described as small, but it was actually quite roomy and lovely. The owner answered all requests promptly and was wonderfully welcoming! He made us feel assured that the keycard entry to the hotel itself would work smoothly at any hour of the night, and it did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!“

„Great bed & breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms with good air conditioning. Really friendly host, who checked us in and was very responsive to arrival time and logistics. Lovely breakfast provided too. Worked well for a one night stay after a later arriving flight. “

„Super helpful owner and perfect location. “

„Great location!“

„Die Lage ist absolut zentral und sehr gut gelegen. Einen Pkw Patkplatz muss man suchen. Der Straßenverkehr ist in Palermo sehr herausfordernd! Sehr freundliches Personal! Frühstück ist sehr liebevoll! Toller Aufenthalt!“

„It was loud the bed was hard second bed was in the kitchen without aircondition. The bed sheet on second bed had stains.“

„La posizione era perfetta e il nostro host è stato estremamente disponibile e comprensivo.“

„Almost impossible to find, the directions were very poor and very misleading. The advert gives the impression that the restaurant is at the property but it is in a different location entirely. The check in process was not smooth, there was nobody at the property at check in time and didn’t reply to messages, we had to call the number given and had to self check in“
