Le Seaglass Cottage est une propriété confortable et entièrement rénovée à cinq minutes à pied de sept miles de la plage de sable Old Orchard Beach, des magasins, des restaurants et des divertissements.
Il dispose d'un porche arrière ouvert avec table de pique-nique, parfait pour le café du matin ou les repas de famille, les pâtisseries au homard ou les hamburgers cuits sur le gril à gaz à proximité. Un porche fermé avant offre un futon double et un lit de jour. La grande cour avant bien entretenue peut être une aire de jeux pour les enfants. Le chalet dispose également d'un grand salon en pin noueux avec télévision à écran plat et DVD, une salle à manger, avec des sièges pour 6, deux chambres climatisées (une avec 2 lits jumeaux, 1 avec un lit queen et une télévision à écran plat / DVD, tous deux climatisés), WI-FI GRATUIT, deux salles de bain, cuisine entièrement équipée avec coin repas avec micro-ondes, laveuse et sécheuse, stationnement hors rue pour 2 voitures. 6 couchages.

PERFECT Beach House for a family vacation! Marc & Martha thought of everything for their renters needs. Location was walking distance to everything, yet far enough to not be disturbed by the beach nightlife. Not only were towels and linens supplied, but all the necessities for a stress free day at the beach are provided, including umbrella and a wagon to carry it all. Cottage was exactly as described and the Maine beach decor carried throughout was adorable right down to drawer pulls. The Maine gift waiting on arrival is a super sweet and appreciated touch. Definitely recommend and hope to come back!

Nice stay in quiet house

We had a great time here at Old Orchard Beach. This house was very conveniently located to everything and in a pretty neighborhood. It was clean and had everything we needed.I have two small suggestions for the owner: (1) I had a bit of trouble finding the address, so it would help to include that in your checkin instructions; (2) the streetlight outside the master bedroom is bright, and it'd be nice to have a darker curtain.Thank you so much for having us!

This is a beautiful beach house. It is spotless & very well stocked with everything you could need. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach & Pier. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return in the future!

Perfect beach house

My family and I stayed 4 nights in this house and couldn’t find a bad thing to say about it. The house was clean, well stocked, in a great location and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a perfect vacation spot when visiting Maine.

Cozy, clean home

Tee had a grey time with our stay at this home. It was clean, well stocked, had enough space for the 6 of us. The owners came over to check in with us the first day to be sure we were all settled which was sweet. They had plenty of beach towels, chairs, beach cart, grill, books, etc. we will for sure be looking to stay here again in the future!

Wonderful Stay!

My family of 5 just spent the most wonderful week at Marc and Martha’s Old Orchard beach cottage! This home is beautiful, clean, fully stocked with everything you need and in the most ideal location to the beach and pier. My boys (9, 6 and 2) spent hours at the beach enjoying the waves and playing in the sand. The location was the most convenient walk to a beautiful beach—the house is equipped with a beach cart which makes bringing all the beach accessories that much easier! It was an easy walk to the pier (or a quick drive and parking) at night to enjoy the rides, food and fun! We loved every part of this house and location—We look forward to coming back!

Great place!

We loved our stay at OOB. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Everything was very well stocked. There were tons of bath towels, beach towels, linens/blankets, beach blankets, etc. The beach cart was great for getting all of your stuff down to the beach, and they also supplied beach chairs and toys. You really don't need to pack much for your stay because they've covered just about everything. The location was great, too. It was a quiet area, a short walk to the beach, and just a bit further to the downtown tourist area. Recommended!

Incredible Cottage

I always read reviews but take what they say with a grain of salt. This little piece of heaven rec’d wonderful reviews so my sister and I booked it. you just cannot find another place like Seaglass Cottage. Marc and Martha are the best hosts, there is everything you need there and they provide things you do not need to bring with you. We invited two girlfriends to come spend a night with us and they just loved it too. we hope to rebook for another week next summer. It was soooo clean, beautifully decorated, color coordinated, perfect walk to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. It deserves 5 stars!

The house was clean and when we left we kept the house clean as we took it . When we had question marc and martha were right there to answer any question we had . We r hoping to rent it back next year

Classic Beach Cottage

This cottage is extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated. The owners thought of everything renters could want. They were very friendly and helpful regarding places to go and things to do. Although OOB town and the beach were a short walk away, we seniors spent our time exploring the sites and surrounding towns. It was a perfect central location to do so. We feel very lucky to have found this vacation rental.

Amazing Experience

We had the best family vacation imaginable! We walked to the beach everyday from our amazing rental! Marc and Martha’s house had everything you could ask for and more. They directed us to the best restaurants and beach access…great place and wonderful hosts!
