« House is very spacious and very close walk to the beach (about 2 minutes). The shower in the 2nd floor bathroom only had cold water other than that no complaints. Plenty of towels and beach chairs and a cool roof deck. I would def stay here again and we had 15 people stay here comfortably. About a 10-15 minute walk to downtown/amusement area. »

« We had a really nice time for the 4 nights we were there. There was plenty of space inside, a nice yard for thé kids to play in. It was close enough to the beach to walk there. The host being present is a major plus since he is a nice person and often inquired if anything was missing. If we go back to Old Orchard we would definitely go back! »

« The place is cozy, well decorated and makes you feel right at home. On a very calm street, it's a 5 minutes walk to the beach and to the superb memorial park, the perfect place for our energic Frenchie. We totally recommend this place! »

« This was as advertised and served the purpose of our family get away for New Years Holiday. Yes it was off season, and very quiet, but that was our desire. We have been to Old Orchard Beach during peak season and we wanted something different from that. Still plenty of tourist interests were open for us out-of-towners to enjoy. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions. No problems at all! »

« Great little condo. Right on the beach! Balcony is wonderful, as is the view from the master. Second bedroom is definitely a “kids” room with the two bunk beds. Garage was great for a car, would not fit the height of a truck »
