Die Unterkunft war perfekt, es war alles vorhanden Super Lage, direkt im Geschehen und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Man kann alles zu Fuss erreichen Die Kommunikation war grandios, man wurde perfekt instruiert. Die Apartments mit Stadtblick sind sehr klein. Aber ausreichend für ein paar Tage. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Das Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer hätte allerdings besser sein können.Betten sehr schmal, aber Matratzen gut.Handtücher gab es auf Nachfrage neu.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Hatten leider ein Apartment Souterrain. Kein Tageslicht, nicht besonders sauber und sehr laut (aus dem Treppenhaus hört man alles, Dusche, Spülung aus den Apartments oberhalb).

Gut ausgestattetes Apartment in zentraler Lage
Das Apartment ist zentral direkt neben der Kathedrale gelegen. Das hat den Vorteil, dass man alle Besichtigungen in der Innenstadt zu Fuß oder mit der nahegelegenen Metro unternehmen kann. Es ist nicht leicht, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Da wäre es gut, wenn man vom Apartment vor der Anreise Hinweise bekäme, wo man parken sollte. Sehr gute Hinweise vor Ort bekamen wir von der freundlichen Mitarbeiterin Raquel. Das Apartment ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet: Kochnische, großer Kühlschrank sowie Geschirrspülmaschine. Reinigungsmaterial wäre nicht schlecht, aber wird das Apartment jeden zweiten Tag (unterschiedlich sauber) gereinigt, was ein schöner Service ist. Etwas nervig sind die Möwen auf dem Dach, die extrem laut sind, was zur Folge hat, dass man die Fenster nachts nicht gerne öffnet, weil man sonst früh morgens von den Möwen geweckt wird. Wer viel Gepäck bei sich hat, für den wird der Aufstieg zum 4. Stock etwas anstrengend sein. Einen Aufzug gibt es nämlich nicht. Unser Fazit: gut, mit gewissen Abstrichen.

We are in a privileged zone of the city, exactly in the heart of the historical center, so at the moment of the reservation we send all the details on how to get to the apartment and how and where to park the car. As Porto is a coastal city there are, sometimes, seagulls in different parts of the city. Unfortunately, there are some external situations that can be out of our control. Our Property (which is over 400 years old) is located in an area classified by UNESCO as World Heritage. For that reason, we were not allowed to change the original structure of the building which made it impossible to place an elevator (but in all platforms of reservations is present the information that we do not have an elevator). But we are always available to help with luggage or anything that our guests need. Come back anytime, you'll always be welcome! Warm regards,

Das Appartement liegt in der Altstadt unmittelbar neben der Kathedrale Sé und ist ausgesprochen modern, neu und in der Küche sehr gut ausgerüstet. Die Sicht auf die Altstadt von unserem Zimmer war wunderschön. Raquel hat sich viel Zeit genommen und uns an Hand des Stadtplans viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, gute Restaurants usw. gezeigt. 👍😊Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und man merkt, dass das Team mit sehr viel Herzblut diese Apartments führt. Unbedint das Frühstück dazu buchen. Jeden Morgen ein Highlight, wunderschön in einem Korb verpackt, sehr abwechslungsreiche Auswahl!

With this hotel it is all about location. The location is absolutely fabulous right next door to the sé (cathedral). We loved the room, beds and bath although due to my length the appartment on the top floor might cause some headbumps here and there. would definitely come back here

It's the oldest part of the city and the most characteristic and your appartment is the one that better represents the true atmosphere of Sé (our neighborhood). That apartment is not a basement, it is ground floor but the streets in both sides of the building have two different levels, so when you are inside the building you have to go down. Sehr gute Lage, Zimmer mit Stadtblick war ruhig. Deutlicher Hinweis, daß nur alle zwei Tage geputzt wird, ist aber ok. Das Appartment hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche, das Frühstück wird pünktlich an die Tür gebracht (muss man extra bestellen), Tee oder Kaffee muss man selbst kochen.

Die Lage der Unterkunft in einem kernsanierten Altbau im alten Zentrum gleich neben der Kathedrale Sé ist einzigartig und wunderschön! Die Aussicht auf die Stadt perfekt, zudem sind die jungen und engagierten Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werden selber sicher wieder hier buchen! Empfehlenswert für ein typisch "portugiesisches Frühstück" mit Galao und Torrada ist auch das kleine authentische Café gleich neben der Unterkunft...

The apartment was very comfortable, super clean, the pillow was brilliant and despite the central location very quiet. The people at the front desk were super helpful and friendly even at 11am when we had the wrong code. The location was a top five minutes to the amazingly beautiful historic district, 10 minutes to the river. Definitely a repeat and we'll say it on. Greetings sybille, ute and Silke obrigado

Wir waren über Silvester 2019 für 1 Woche zu Gast im Hotel. Das perfekte Hotel für einen Stadtbesuch. Zentral gelegen sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Porto‘s zu Fuß erreichbar (50 bis 1.000m). Das Hotel hat eine Moderne gute Ausstattung mit allem was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche rundet das Angebot ab. Der Service ist gut und das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und ich kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Lage und Ausblick sind super. Aufwachen mit Sonnenstrahlen im Gesicht. Gastgeber haben sich am 1. Morgen mit uns zusammen gesetzt, tolle Geheimtipps gegeben und uns Port Wein zum Probieren ausgeschenkt. Putzfrau kommt alle 2 Tage. Uns hat's gefallen! :)
