This charming home combines comfort, character, and practicality, making it a welcoming retreat for families or groups travelling together.

Step into the bright living area, where a plush sofa and vibrant red armchair create a cozy space to relax. Enjoy a movie night on the flat-screen TV or gather around the elegant glass-top dining table for meals together. Large windows fill the room with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The fully equipped kitchen features sleek black countertops and modern appliances, including a microwave, coffee maker, and kettle, providing everything you need to prepare meals or enjoy a relaxed morning coffee.

The home offers two sleeping areas. The ground-floor bedroom features a comfortable double bed with an ornate headboard and ample storage, creating a peaceful retreat for a restful night's sleep.

Upstairs, the mezzanine bedroom features two double beds, making it a fun and flexible space for children or young travellers. Please note that the mezzanine has a low ceiling and is not suitable for adults to stand comfortably.

The bathroom is conveniently located on the ground floor and features a refreshing shower and fresh, fluffy towels.

For added convenience, a washing machine is available, making the home well suited to both short and longer stays.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests have full access to the apartment, located on the 2nd floor. An elevator is available for easy access to the property.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A comfortable and centrally located apartment in Porto, in the lively Santo Ildefonso area, surrounded by traditional cafés, restaurants, local shops, and the authentic atmosphere of the city.

Guests can easily explore Porto on foot, with attractions such as Bolhão Market, Santa Catarina Street, São Bento Station, Clérigos Tower, and Livraria Lello all within easy reach. The historic Ribeira district and Douro River are also a pleasant walk away.

With excellent access to public transport and the city’s main attractions, it’s an ideal base for discovering Porto’s history, architecture, gastronomy, and vibrant local life.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Bolhão (Metro do Porto – Lines A, B, C, E and F), is approximately a 5-minute walk from the property, providing convenient connections to Porto city centre and surrounding areas.

Porto São Bento Train Station is approximately a 10-minute walk away, offering urban, regional and long-distance train connections.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 20–25 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
