The bedroom offers a peaceful sanctuary, featuring a stylish and comfortable bed, contemporary décor, and textured wallpaper that adds a sophisticated touch. Large windows fill the room with natural light, creating a bright and serene atmosphere for a restful night's sleep.

The modern bathroom features a refreshing shower and all the essential amenities for your comfort.

A highlight of the property is the rooftop, where guests can enjoy access to a shared swimming pool and fitness facilities. The wellness area also includes a running track, offering the perfect opportunity to stay active while enjoying the elevated surroundings.

Guests have full access to the apartment located on the 1st floor, including the living area, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and the expansive balcony. An elevator is available for easy access.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A comfortable and peaceful apartment in Vila Nova de Gaia, offering a convenient base for exploring both Gaia and Porto. Guests can enjoy a quieter residential setting while remaining within easy reach of the city’s main attractions, restaurants, cafés, and local shops.

The location is ideal for discovering the famous Port Wine Cellars, the scenic Cais de Gaia, and the iconic Dom Luís I Bridge, with the historic center of Porto just across the Douro River. Guests can also easily reach the beautiful beaches along Gaia’s Atlantic coastline.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stops are approximately a 2–5 minute walk from the property, with regular connections to Vila Nova de Gaia city centre and surrounding areas.

The nearest metro station, Santo Ovídio (Metro do Porto – Line D), is approximately a 10-minute drive away, providing convenient connections to Porto city centre and other areas of Gaia.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 25–30 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
