Hi Judith Thanks for your review and comment. On the welcome message we give the introductions to get into the property. We hope you received them. Anyway on google maps if you key in "PortoSoul Trindade" drives you there directly. Although close to the main metro station of Porto it may be confusing to reach the building and the apartments.

Hi Samantha Thanks for your stay and for your review. Concerning the air conditioning i want to emphasize the following: According to the energy certification we should have air conditioning only on the apartments located on the 2 top floors. Anyway we have A/C in 5 out of 7 apartments. On the others 2 located in the ground floors we dont have because it is technically very difficult to the recommended infrastructure. We have installed 2 fans that should be enough for about 95% of the days of the year in Porto. Anyway we regret that during your stay you had do open the windows. Best regards Paulo Ramalho Director
