Zimmer war ansprechend und sauber. Allerdings ging die Badezimmertür so auf, dass sie an die Toilette stiess. Hätte Nachts evtl. kleine Verletzungen gegeben. Das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend, wenn wir Hilfe brauchten. Leider war die Unterkunft etwas sehr weit ab von der Altstadt, aber mit Taxi kein Problem (sehr günstig). Lediglich das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr eintönig und die Hotelbar hatte nicht die Getränke die auf der Karte standen. Das hätten wir von einem 4 Sterne Hotel absolut nicht erwartet.

Gefallen hat uns die Größe des Zimmers. Warme Farben. Alles war gut. Vielleicht sollte noch der eine oder andere deutsche TV Sender eingespeist werden. Bis Dienstag war RTL zu sehen, dann nur noch DW u. Euronews in deutsch. Ansonsten empfehlenswert!

Hotel staff is very friendly and it was very clean- breakfast was wonderful as well as self park facility. Due to construction in the area it was a little difficult to get around the hotel and it also has no gym. No snacks or restaurants for lunch or dinner- only a bar with limited snack selection

贅沢言えばキリがないけど、十分だと思います
廊下が暗くて部屋数も少ないので、閉所が辛い人には向きません。それ以外は不満なし。周辺はあまりレストランもなく、夜はマクドナルドまで歩きました。朝食は美味しく、スタッフの笑顔も印象的でした。

Had an excellent stay. Room clean, spacious with comfortable beds. Staff at check in were very pleasant and we were able to check in 45mins early. Mall and food court close by but other amenities easily accessible via uber, transit or a moderate walk.

Nice hotel on a main road (good isolation as you don't hear the traffic). Friendly staff. (paid) Parking in underground garage with quite a narrow entrance ;-))

Godt hotel men støj gener
Vi boede på 6 sal- ud mod den fine Boavista A. Og alt var godt DOG er der et lyskryds som bibber 24 / 7 for at hjælpe svagtseende og blinde. Dette så højt at vi kunne høre det gennem lukkede vinduer. Vi talte med personalet om det som erkender det er et problem- og fortæller de har talt med kommune og alt uden held. Vi fik en gratis morgenmad 1 dag- og fint nok- men de gener med den forfærdelige lyd- konstant ...ja det var med til at ødelægge vores ferie. Vi havde 11 overnatninger- fordi vi også ønskede dage hjemme på hotelværelset- dette fungerede ikke med den larm- så vi måtte søge ud konstant. Vi ville gerne have vidst dette !

The staff were so nice, helpful and the hotel is In great location. About 10-15minutes from the city center, 15-20min from the airport. Lots of little local stores and dinning options. Bus route and easy for uber to find. I would recommend a broader and more expansive breakfast options bc its little expensive 22$ when its only a basic contentional breakfast. Breakfast at the local restaurant off site have more options and lower price points but that is my only recommendation. I would stay here again
