The space;
This fully renovated two-bedroom apartment is located on the fourth floor of a four-story building, with an elevator and underground parking. Perfect for small families, groups of friends or executives on business trips and stays, who seek centrality with all amenities including free parking. Its excellent location on Rua de Camões, a 5-minute walk from Trindade Metro Station, with a bus stop right outside, close to both entertainment areas and the city's main commercial area, provides centrality and comfort - with restaurants, bars and various services nearby. You can easily access most of the city's iconic places on foot (Avenida dos Aliados, São Bento Station, Sé Cathedral, Clérigos Tower, Majestic Café, Capela das Almas, Lello Bookstore, Crystal Palace, Stock Exchange Palace, Rua das Flores, Ribeira, Rua de Santa Catarina, Praça dos Poveiros, Rua de Cedofeita, Praça da República, etc.).

It has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, a spacious and bright living room with a dining area, two bedrooms facing the back of the building, a quiet and peaceful area (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), bathrooms with showers, and air conditioning. It also has two balconies, overlooking the front and back of the building.

Other things to keep in mind
- "Self-Catered" apartment. All basic items are provided for your stay, including toiletries (shower gel, shampoo), toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a welcome courtesy. No replacements or substitutions are provided. All remaining items must be purchased by the guest.
- Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests specified in the reservation. For stays longer than one week, additional sets will be provided.

l For stays longer than fifteen days, cleaning and linen changes will be provided (usually mid-stay) and are arranged directly with the guest. Additional cleaning will incur a cleaning fee.

- Crib and high chair are available upon request (additional cost of €25).
- Check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm (additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 9 pm) and check-out must be done by 11 am.
- On the day of your arrival, we or a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To organize your arrival, please inform us of your estimated arrival time as early as possible. If you are arriving by plane and provide us with your flight number, we can track your arrival.
- A set of keys will be provided at check-in and must be returned at check-out. Loss or damage to the key set may incur additional costs.

The apartment has air conditioning and free on-site parking.
