Located on the first floor of a small and well-maintained building, the apartment consists of an entrance leading into a living area with sofas and a large, fully equipped modern kitchen. It offers access to a sea-view terrace furnished with two beach chairs and a table for three people.

There are two bedrooms: one quadruple bedroom (double bed plus bunk bed) and one additional double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The apartment also includes a bathroom with shower and a separate bidet. The double bedroom has direct access to a small service terrace. An additional private side garden, fully furnished, is also available for exclusive use.
