« We chose Richard's place both for the location and number of bedrooms. There was plenty of room for our large group with two bedrooms downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. There are two hang out areas inside which are open to one another but far enough apart to hold seperate conversations. It is minutes from the San Mateo Bridge leading west and freeways leading east. We were just over half an hour away from South San Francisco, Half Moon Bay and the Tri-Valley, all of which were destinations...

« Loved this place! The property was very cozy, clean, quiet and had an amazing view from the unit and property. A great place to just chill yet was about a 5 minute drive from Downtown shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was very handy in case you wanted to prepare a meal. The owner was very nice and communicative. This was my first time at this property and I will definitely will be coming back! »

« We can hear next door rental, especially from the bedroom where we can here water running from the shower and guests would take multiple night showers which wake us up during our sleep. 😞 Kitchen and living room were fine. Air conditioning was quiet. Very well situated near highways but not too close to hear the noise. Quiet surrounding. »

« What a great place! Super clean and really well decorated. Two loft beds - just as described and one office w a comfy fold out Murphy bed. All the amenities were new. Fun spaces both in the yard and the house (which is an ADU in the backyard). Plus a tree house to climb! Bei was very communicative and prompt in all her replies.
