« Musky smell of mold. Cleanliness of the shower was terrible. Lots of black looking mold in the shower. Shower did not drain properly and had to wait almost a week before it was fixed. The backyard is not well maintained. Location is closed to shops but not the best neighborhood in Portsmouth. Kitchen is well equipped. Overall, apartment requires some maintenance to justify the price. »
