„L'Host ha prima accettato la prenotazione ed il relativo pagamento (dal 14 al 16 agosto) senza rispondere ad email e telefonate circa la posizione della struttura num civico. Solo il giorno prima dopo moltissime insistenze ed aver contattato il servizio clienti sono riuscito mioalgrado a mettermi in contatto telefonico. Una maleducazione e suppone za senza precedenti, NON ha permesso il soggiorno dicendo che la struttura era già occupata da altre persone e con altro operato. Parliamo del 14 ...

„1) The WiFi is bad. It only worked stable on 1 of 3 devices. The other 2 devices were permanently connected and disconnected. 2) The mentioned breakfast in the hotel`s description isn`t worth its name. It`s tea and coffee from a Nespresso machine in the room, a bit or marmelade and chocolate cream and one croissant per guest. All of it separately packed in plastic. So we had low quality food and a bunch of trash. And afterwards we still were hungry“

„The loft was lovely and spacious. The internal arched brick design was architecturally beautiful. A bedside light on the right side of the bed to match the left would have been nice as would slightly more comfortable chairs for sitting and reading, however, having a kitchen table and nice bathroom as well as an operating fridge and microwave were added bonuses during our stay“
