„El Encuentro is a very nice and lovely situated Posada at the doorsteps of Mendoza, close to major and well known vineyards, in a safe and tranquil location. We enjoyed our stay very much and regretted not to have booked it a few days more. The owners and staff is superfriendly and helpful. The set up of app.-buildings, pool, garden, lobby/entrance hall is making you from minute one felling like home. “

„The rooms are smelly (doesn't matter if you are taking smoker or non-smoker, it stinks anyway) and everything is very old and run down. The room wasn't very clean and in our first room the toilet was broken in the second room the cold water switch for the shower (I almost burned myself). The only two good things about the place are the breakfast and the location. You can definitely find a better hotel in Mendoza!!!!“

„Unsere Villa und die Lage in den Weinbergen war toll. Leider war der Service wirklich eine Katastrophe: im Restaurant beim Frühstück sehr unhöflich weil wir kein Spanisch sprechen, beim Abendessen konnten wir erst auf Nachfrage Getränke bestellen usw. Auch ab der Rezeption ist nichts gut organisiert: wir haben eine Frühstücksbox bestellt, da wir früh abreisen mussten. Der Herr beim checkout wusste nichts davon, erst nach viel hin und her hat er die Boxen. Zudem hat er uns zuerst noch den vollen ...

„Sehr gutes Personal, direkt im Ortskern. Doppelbett statt zwei Einzelbett wäre besser für uns als Paar.“

„Tolles Personal sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit. Gute ruhige Lage, nicht weit zu Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Vergnügungsviertel. Achtung in unteren Stockwerken lassen sich Fenster nicht öffnen, war aber kein Problem Verlegung in oberes Stockwerk! War in ganzen sehr zufrieden.“
