Where to begin. Shane was great to deal with but the property was not. The house can use a lot of work as can the property. We arrived and right away the humidity and heat from inside the house hit us, this was due to a broken window on the front and only in room acs, if you leave the room you will sweat. The pool that we were looking forward to was so dirty we didn’t even go in. The hot tub had a smell and the water was too dirty to also get in. The fridge we had to clean to put our stuff away. The bushes were so overgrown they would have hit us on the water slide and scratched us walking into the house. All of the pool furniture and firepit furniture was broken and could not be used. Again Shane was great but the property needs work. Shane worked with us and was understanding but we left after the first night on a five day trip. I’m only leaving this so other families who are looking to book a trip and drop thousands on a rental don’t do it without a good warning. Good luck Shane, you were cool the house was not.
