„The description was off when the owner described the property as new. It was however newly renovated, somewhat. He had explained to us that the front door needed a little help to open. It in fact needed to be lifted and pushed fairly hard to open and close. What lighting there was was very poor with several of the bulbs burnt out with no replacements. „The place was clean and cozy. The host very nice and had great communication all through the process. We got to Knoxville early and they let us come early which was quite nice. Our dog felt at home there. The bed in the main bedroom was super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.“

„Cute homey apartment that had everything I needed and was a quick drive or uber ride to campus to meet with my son at UTK. I plan to stay again as our son navigates the next four years. Loved having K brew and a smoothie bowl place close. I also ran and felt perfectly safe. Recommend, if you are looking for a place north of campus.“
