„This is an OLD apartment that smelled like old mop bucket water (someone left a can of air freshnser). The walls were dirty, the front door had a half inch gap. The floors had gaps in the bathroom (potential tripping hazard. The stairs to the property are clearly out of code in 2025. I nearly fell several times because my foot (12's) were too long for the short clearance. There is parking, but its very tight... so a large vehicle wont fit.The location was great in regards to access to all of ...

„This condo is located in an amazing location very near the campus. We walked to northgate and the game. It is very safe. The place was extremely clean. I love the extra touches they include like plenty of hand towels, soap, shampoo etc. I would definitely stay here again. The only knock on the place is I wish there was a normal sized garbage can in the kitchen area. “
