« Loved the location and private access to the lake. Sunrises on the porch with coffee were unforgettable. 1950s charm with modern amenities, can’t beat it. Loved the original front door and rotary phone, a step back in time. Steps not a problem, just a little extra exercise. Clean and comfy. Only notes would be to replace the couch (seems well loved) and address the subfloor in the bathroom by the shower, but not deal breakers. Will stay again! »

« Great location. Central to state parks, keuka lakes, canadaigua lake. Easy to find local tours to pick you up (Keuka Lake Experience, Bob Knapp). Home was clean, easy to locate. Well furnished to be able to rat at home. But close enough to eat local (Blue Eagle). Realy enjoyed ourselfs! Only feedback is bed is a bit firm. Pretty small concern. Will definetly go back. »

« Wonderful property. It was perfect for me, my husband and two kids in town for a family reunion. The space is open and very clean. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evening and looking out over the vineyards. Check in and host response are excellent. »

« We loved this property! It had perfect lake access, we brought our boat so it was wonderful to have a dock slip to keep it! We enjoyed the paddle boards and just hanging out on the deck swimming and enjoying the beautiful view! We made most of our meals in and there was everything we needed to prepare them. « My husband, son, and o stayed here for the third time this week. As always, it was clean and comfortable. We spent most of our time outside near the water or inside playing with the games provided. We will be back again! »
